Carolyn, known as Cary, joins the firm with an interest and passion for real estate, development and environmental law. After graduation from the University of Vermont with majors in Environmental Studies and Psychology, she attended Northeastern University School of Law where she developed a foundation in litigation while completing full-time internships with the Environmental Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the Massachusetts Land Court. In addition, in her final year of law school Cary interned with the Vermont Chapter of the Conservation Law Foundation and the General Counsel’s Office of Green Mountain Power. In both positions she expanded her knowledge of Vermont development regulations and procedures and is excited to use that knowledge to build her practice.
In her time away from the office Cary enjoys spending time with her horse and dogs and exploring her new home town of South Burlington.
