Jeff came to Bergeron, Paradis & Fitzpatrick with experience in business transactions and commercial development, litigation, and criminal law. He has negotiated and drafted contracts and leases and partnership agreements. He has created a variety of business entities, obtained permits for a wide range of projects and resolved various compliance matters involving Act 250 and local planning and zoning concerns. Jeff has represented clients’ interests in residential and commercial land development, business development, and financial/collections transactions, as well as in wrongful termination, discrimination, and consumer fraud claims. Jeff spent approximately one year working with the Chittenden County Public Defender’s Office on a variety of criminal matters ranging from simple misdemeanors to significant felonies.
Jeff is a musician and an avid skier and scuba diver. He lives in South Burlington.
